Officer Intelligence Rating Test (OIR):
In Officer Intelligence Rating test a set of both verbal and nonverbal reasoning is given. Here the time is less and the candidate has to solve more number of questions.
First there will be a teaching session followed by a practice session. During this session of time candidates can raise their doubts to know how to solve a particular model. This session will be for around 20 to 30 minutes. After this session candidates have to write 2 tests. One of the papers is little bit hard when compared to others, overall the questions are easy to answer but the main factor is time.
For each question paper there will be 50 questions. Candidates have to complete in 20 minutes. On a whole 100 questions 40 minutes.
